We offer partly funded scholarships to undertake undergraduate and post graduate studies in selected Universities across the world.
Ater Simon scholarships enables outstanding students from across Nigeria to pursue and achieve their educational dreams. Our mission is to help beneficiaries leverage education as a powerful tool to proffer solutions and shape a better world.
We hope to create a network of future leaders within Nigeria who can compete globally with their peers and bring new ideas to help improve lives in our dear country.
This is a partly funded scholarship that helps the beneficiaries to cover study cost. It is awarded to students who are about to gain admission and the disbursed amounts is at the discretion of the foundation on a case by case basis.
The scholarship is awarded to applicants into Nigerian and Foreign universities within Africa, UK, Asia, USA and South America, for the choice of university depends solely on the discretion of the foundation to choose which university is suitable for the applicant.
The humanitarian gesture of our founder offers yet another opportunity to demonstrate his unparalleled patriotism, care and support for the most vulnerable individuals in our society.
The ultimate objective of Ater Simon Foundation foundation in rendering such assistance is the assisted students will be better equipped with the requisite skills to serve their communities at the completion of their respective course of studies.
We work to ensure that people are not unjustifiably discriminated against on the basis of age, disability, ethnicity, gender, religion or belief, sexual orientation or any other irrelevant grounds.
However, the selection criteria is strictly at the discretion of the foundation, the applicant must have a minimum of 5 credits including Mathematics and English language for undergraduate studies and a minimum of second class upper for post graduate applicants.
The scholarship is eligible for applicants who are about to enroll into full time programs to study at selected universities either on-campus or through online learning for both Undergraduate and Postgraduate degrees.
NOTE:
- Before commencing application, it is important to make up your mind of your course of study as you will be required to provide your preferred course of study.
- Applicants are advised to scan copies of your relevant documents in PDF format and attach to the
online application form. - Candidates who successfully scale through the first round of screening shall be
contacted and invited for interview before the selection committee on a later date,
time and mode of interview will be communicated to shortlisted candidates via your provided phone number and email address. - Ater Simon Foundation does not ask any candidate to pay any application fee to anyone
whatsoever to be eligible for our scholarship scheme.

Application timeline
The application timeline for Ater Simon Foundation 2023 scholarships will run from November 2022 to January 2023. Our processing time is usually six (6) months from the close of applications, we endeavor to update our shortlisted applicants during this period so they know all the required documents to prepare prior to the interview.

Yes the scholarship covers all courses of study.
There is no age limit for applicants. If you are applying for undergraduate scholarship, make sure you have completed secondary school with your result in hand while you must also have your degree certificate for post graduate application.
There is no application fee to apply for Ater Simon Foundation 2023 Scholarship. Do not pay money to any person or agent to apply.
What if I don’t have an international passport
You can still go ahead and apply even if you don’t have an international passport at the moment but do ensure to get your passport ready if you intend to apply to foreign universities.
How long is the processing time
The entire processing time for our scholarships is 5 – 6 months.
What is your selection criteria
We place emphasis on applicants with outstanding academic ability. We consider applicants who are financially disadvantaged while we also take note of your statement of purpose when applying.

Yes you can apply again next year if your application is not successful in this batch. This is only if you are not yet a student studying for any program at undergraduate or post graduate levels.
